Clear Debt Solutions complaints are becoming more prevalent. It is unfortunate because so many people trust this company to get them out of debt. Being in debt can be a real hindrance to your piece of mind. As your debt mounts, it sometimes feels like there is no hope of ever leading a debt free life. Fortunately, there are companies out there that can help you to get out (and stay out) of debt for good. Unfortunately, Clear Debt Solutions is probably not one of those companies. Below are two personal accounts from people who have tried to use Clear Debt Solutions to manage their debt.

I entered into a contract with Clear Debt Solutions and had a terrible time getting clear information from any one person. I first spoke with Robert Till and then was passed on to Patrick Schlosser. After that I was sent to James Callahan and then finally to Tiffany Shrum. All of these people I spoke with no longer work for the firm. This company took $1,300 from me and provided no service to me. They also have a company called Noteworld Service Center that continued to take 100 dollars a month from me even after I canceled service. I would like answers as to why this happened and as to why I never received any help with the problems they promised to help me with. None of my creditors have been paid and I still get harassing phone calls to this day.

Three years ago, I enlisted the services of Clear Debt Solutions in order to negotiate and reduce the amount of credit card debt that I owed. I made monthly payments (as per our agreement) to a bank account that had been setup for use of my debt settlement. There was $3000 that was collected up front by Noteworld Service Center (the party that was in control of my bank account). At the very end of the program, I had only settled one account after paying $317 a month for over two years.

The second creditor sued for non-payment and Clear Debt Solutions did not respond to any of my requests for information. I later lost my suit and my account was wiped out. I also had to pay more because of the court-ordered settlement. Also, three of my accounts still remain unsettled. Each of my credit card balances has slowly doubled over the last 2 years because I have not been paying them down directly (as per my agreement with Clear Debt Solutions).
